Creating a Look Up Form to link to other Pages

Hi Everybody,

Total Novice here and new to the forum. Love wordpress and all it has to offer. I’ve been learning code for a few months now and wordpress has really caught my eye.

Anyhoo, question…I’m building a site that contains a look up form where essentially it’s a drop down box with a list of streets. The user selects their street – click continue-, and it will take them to another page (and/or post?) that will have another drop down box asking for their house number. The user chooses their house number – selects continue – and they are taken to another page with rules and regulations based on the section of the community they live in.

This is for a home owners association.

My question is, is there a better way to do this? How would you go about doing this if you were doing it (mabye even some code tips to create the form)? Is there a plugin that can make this easier (specifically a free plugin would be nice).

Also, I don’t know if this is the right area for this type of post. If now please direct me to the right one.
