User logins and email login notifications

Forgive me if I am raising issues that have been previously canvassed. I am referring to the free version.

The last mail out on security referred to the importance of robust user login names and the desirability of using an alternative admin login url to /wp-admin.

1. I have been unable to find a setting to change the admin login url. I note that the free version of iThemes Security has such a setting.

2. Wordfence email notifications of an admin login include the full login name in the email. From a security angle it would be safer to have an obfuscated advice, for example instead of say tdfghg%78opz use se t**********z.
