Breadcrumb trail doesn't reflect change in menu item name

    Client requested change in just the name of a primary menu item.
    Made the change, and it appears correctly in the Menu itself. But the Breadcrumb trail still shows the former name.

    I cleared browser caches and reloaded, old menu item name still shows in Breadcrumb trail on all browsers.

    Ideas?
