    It looks like the icons have been pushed under the box. Sometimes strange behavior may be caused by a plugin or theme conflict.     Thank you. It was a plugin conflict. After it was disabled the page looks and functions as it should.

    @visionisto, if you can recall, it would be really helpful to know what the plugin causing the issue was 🙂 I have the same happening on a live site with multiple active plugins.
