Search results sort order and proximity

    The results shouldn’t be sorted randomly, it should default to sort by distance. Did you add any custom code to change the sort order in the functions.php ( maybe another developer )? Can you disable all other plugins, and switch back to a default theme to make sure there is no conflict with your theme / another plugin.

    We Have installed wp store locator WordPress plugins.

    by default address sorted by distance.how to short store locator address by publish date.
    please give me code for add in function.php.
