captcha field not appearing

Hello,

For some reason, after installing the Captcha by BestWebSoft plugin and integrating the {Captcha} text into the form I created with Mailchimp for WordPress, the captcha field doesn’t appear on my site.

Instead it continues to state {Captcha}

Suggestions on how to proceed?
