How to mask the source code in wordpress

I often came across wordpress websites that looks beautiful and I just want to know what theme/plugins it is using, I usually can check its sources code to find out. But, I do also find some sites’ source do not show up in a normal way, for example, this website.

I wonder how can this be done? and is there a way to beautify the source code to the normal looking?
