@dickraney – I’m not familiar with the “Optima Express” plugin so I cannot say what might be the issue, especially since it only affects on panel of our settings menu.

It is used by many real estate agents.
That is all I can really tell you unless you can tell me what to look for to help diagnose the problem. I have already tried switching to a default WordPress theme and disabling plugins to isolate the problem.

@dickraney – There appears to be a JavaScript error thrown on the Gallery > Other Options page when the Optima Express plugin is activated … have you contacted the other plugin author to see if they have any insights into this issue?

@dickraney – We are not generating that JavaScript error, and since you have narrowed it down to our two plugins I can only think it would be related to theirs.
Are you using a licensed version of their plugin or are you still using the “free trial”, I am seeing this under their free trial version.
