I had the same issue and i managed to get the Widget ID by creating a Search Widget in Twitter:
Go to Settings > Widgets > Create New > Search, type a hashtag (i think any hashtag will do) and click Create Widget.
After you have created it, go back to your list with your widgets and click on it again, copy the ID from the url (for example: widgets/72342345256/edit) and use it in the plugins Settings.
This only works if you actually want to display a timeline of tweets about that hashtag. You can also do a search on a username, but then you get EVERYONE’S tweets *about* that username, all of the mentions, and not just a timeline of that particular user’s tweets. Bad news if you’re trying to make a twitter widget for a performer displaying *their* tweets, because you’ll wind up with God only knows what some random person on Twitter is saying about them.
This is a problem. Sadly, I think I’m going to have to find another plugin, because I’ve got a client who needs this thing working in the next few days.

And enter the name of the account you want to see Tweets *from* in the “From these accounts” field (or whatever, customize your search as much as you want), then click “search.” On the results page that comes up, the terms of your search are shown at the top of the page, in my case “from:[username]”
Now, make one of those “search” widgets as phantolino was saying, using those search terms. BEHOLD! You have a widget that shows only the tweets from your preferred user (or whatever you want) AND a widget ID to use with this plugin. Thank goodness.
