Looking for an user management plugin

    Hi!
    I’m looking for an user management plugin. I mean, that there are several user groups, like “author”, “editor”, “news-poster” etc..
    And it should be possible to select, what each group or / and person can do. (add new users/edit articles from … and … but not from … (and so on..))
    Also it should hide all menus from wordpress, which are not necessary for a “news-poster” (like templates, ..)

    it should work like the typo3 user management tool.

    Is there anything for wordpress?
