Proceed to checkout not showing

Hi,

I have updated wordpress, my theme and this plugin and for some reason I don’t see a proceed to checkout button anymore.

I am using the Bazaar theme.

The strangest thing is that in the html code in the browser I can actually find the button but it does not show up on my cart screen.

Any idea?
