Subscribers receive Newsletters multiple times

    Hi,

    Usually this is caused by having multiple cron jobs set up to fire at the same time.. Can you make sure you don’t have any issues with this?

    In that case you may need to contact your host.

    Otherwise, do you have any WordPress cron plugins installed?

    Hello !

    I encounter the same issue for the first time (last automatic newsletter was sent 4 times this night). Never occured before.

    I have several cron jobs running on my website (who doesn’t ?). I cannot delete all my plugins to prevent them to launch those cron jobs. What can I do?

    Actually, you guys need to enable the MailPoet Cron URL option to prevent duplicates: http://docs.mailpoet.com/article/15-duplicated-newsletters
