SITE CRASHED AFTER UNSUCCESFUL BACKUP!!

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    After installing the BackWPup, I tried to create and run a task, which seemed to work properly, till 60 percent. Suddenly I’ve got the message ‘The page can’t be found’. I refreshed the page and cant load the website(s) anymore(((

    There are two websites not working, the page is loading endlessly, but with no result. Can you please help me to solve this issue?

    Hello,

    what is todo depends on what happends. BackWPup only coyping data and not delete or modify them.

    You can try to delete the working filer of BackWPup it is located under uploads/backwpup-…-temp/backwpup-working.php than the jo schould be stop working.

    Backups needs many system recureses in it’s nature. It can be that the server is overloded.
