[EWWW Image Optimizer] Resize images using the Folders to optimise setting

We have a gravity form running on a site that uses the file upload field. The site has a large number of 2 – 4mb images that have been uploaded via the form.

Gravity forms stores these images in in a folder called gravity_forms which is stored in the uploads folder. I know i can add this folder for EWWW to scan and optimise, which is working, but is it also possible to set the images in this folder to resize?

My aim is the reduce the overall size used by these images by reducing them from 4000px to around 2000px.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.
