Delete old yoast plugin folder via FTP.
Upload new yoast folder to your plugins folder and then activate.
Resave permalinks.
You can also try clearing transients using wp-optimize plugin
Thank you for your reponse ! If I delete Yoast do I loose all the modifications on my old post ??
I did what you said but now on my dashboard plugin it said the wp-seo.php dosen’t exist anymore
I uploaded for ftp but I cant’ found wp-seo on my admin
Ok I was wrong I deleted again and Installed via ftp but the same problem white page and the seo dosn’t work on my post
Likely issue with your theme, plugins, CDN/caching, etc.
So, you’ll have to run through the common procedures to debug that by turning things off until you find the conflict.
I’ve got the same problem: Whenever I try to access a page from the backend it shows an error 500 after updating Yoast SEO to version 3.3.4.
Tried your suggestion, neotrope, didn’t work.
For now I’ll just leave it deactivated as I don’t have time to debug this right now, I find it hard to believe that there is an issue with my theme as I’m using the latest version of Divi.
Any other possible solutions are welcome..
I’m using Jarida and it’s the latest version my friend has the same plugins and the same theme as me. For now I just restored the old version waiting for a new version !!
Thank you
