Content Aware Sidebars does not appear the save button

Hello , I make a premise, not a wordpress expert or programming language . Using the 4.5.3 version of wordpresse , use the theme you optimizepress and I turned off all plugins . From my pc I can not see the saves of the plugin button in question , I did make a berifica by Siteground and they fail to see the save button. Can someone give me some useful advice in order to solve this problem ? thank you
