    May I know which file to custom the pagination? and any option for pagination custom in this plugin?

    The idea is to customize the pagination with CSS through the Custom CSS box.

    If you need to alter the file itself:

    Have a look into the includes/shortcode.php. Search for
    <ul class="sf-nav">

    There you find the wrapper. We will need this class though for the ajax functionality.

    And have a look into ajax.php

    Search for $data['nav'][]. There the HTML for the wrapper gets generated.
