• Was trying to fix my featured image size by editing the CSS like someone told me, It didnt work, so i deleted it when it gave me this error “
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’ in /home2/wacqxo0abrdi/public_html/wp-content/themes/layers-aerial/functions.php on line 232″
But even after deleting it, i still get the error. Im not sure how to locate line 232 or how to fix it, it looks the exact same and what I put there seems to be gone. help please lost access to my entire website, I just need someone to help me change the size of my featured images 🙁

  • Hello Bilonix,

Sorry to hear that, did you make a backup of your functions.php file before editing it and do you have FTP access to your website?

If so upload the backup of your functions.php file into the correct directory overwriting the old broken file.

If not try asking your website host if they have a backup of your website before you made that change that they can revert to.

Always make a backup before making changes.

You can try to redownload the theme to retrieve that file too
