Thanks for the feedback! Could you tell me more about what you’d like us to add to the plugin?

You can already review all available modules, and activate / deactivate them, by going to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard. Is there anything we could do to improve that options page?

deactivating = not loading extra code?

also, global control for multisite mode. it’s cumbersome to have to go through each site to set up jetpack.

furthermore, consider the module of private site. I know there are great plugins out there, however, i believe it’s a must feature for jetpack.

Yes, that’s correct. Once a module is deactivated, its code doesn’t run on your site.

That’s indeed something we’ve considered, and started working on. Until we implement more options in Jetpack’s menu in Network Admin, I’d recommend using the available filters in your own little network-activated plugin to configure and customize Jetpack on all sites of your network at once:

By “Private Site”, do you mean a module that would restrict access to logged in users only?

cheers for the response Jeremy, yes I may use the filters eventually.

Indeed, as well as to hold the login procedure. something similar to “Privacy Settings” of wordpress.com

Thanks for the extra details. I took note of your idea here, and we’ll update that issue when we make progress on this:
