New Order email only sends to first recipient

Greetings. Awesome amazing plugin. Loving everything about it. Only issue is I am trying to get the new order email that is sent to the admin to send to two emails. The email sends to the first recipient no issues, but the second address gets nothing. I have the emails separated by a comma as instructed on the configuration page so like this -firstemail@mydomain.com,secondemail@mydomain.com

I tried putting a space, leaving no space after the comma. and I have tried changing the email type from text/html to text/plain and still nothing. No matter what I try, the second recipient does not receive the email.
