Drop Down Menu Displaying Constantly

Hi all!

I’m using Underscores as the base for my custom theme and the Bootstrap framework to build my custom site.

My main menu is working with WordPress, but when I add sub menus to one of my pages the sub menu constantly displays instead of hiding until I like the parent. For example, my menu is “Home Portfolio About Contact.” I added sub items (Events Portraits Landscapes) to Portfolio (in the menu section of WordPress). My site is still local, so I can’t link you to the site, but here is the code I have.
