    I have found the solution. It seems mod_env was not installed on the server. Once installed, no problems..

    Thanks for your feedback.
    As far as i understand your environment didn’t understand the mod_Rewrite line SetEnv HTTP_MOD_REWRITE On as the mod_env was not installed?

    So should I have my host check that mod_env is installed?

    If you use the last plugin version, this shouldn’t be a problem anymore, as it check first if the server actually support the SetEnv before making any change, so it will rely on other resources.
