• Hi Jason,

One of my clients reported that Gravity Form notifications have stopped. I checked Postman and discovered a long list of Bad Request(invalid_grant) status errors in the log using the Gmail API. I get the same result sending a test message from Postman. I’ve already read through the threads on this topic, don’t really see a solution other than updating the plugin, but I’m already using the latest version (1.7.2). Postman has been super-reliable until now. 1. What’s causing this error? 2. What’s the fix? I’d appreciate any help on this. Thanks!

Going back in the log, I found the last delivery with a status of “Sent”. The next status message was “Token has been revoked.(invalid_grant)”, then the series of “Bad Request(invalid_grant)” errors began. Not sure how or why Google would revoke the token, but I’m feeling like we need to set up a autoresponder or some other testing means to make sure the delivery system is working. Any thoughts on that?

Jason, I was able to get everything working again by re-authenticating. If you can, I’d still like your thoughts on why the existing authentication failed, and also if you have an ideas about how to automatically, periodically test the installation to confirm mail is getting through to recipients, or more importantly, NOT getting through.
