    Hi there,

Could you try flushing your permalinks. That might get rid of the 404 error.

    Kind regards,
    Brecht

    hi,
the Print option is not working, it just opens a new blank page with nothing on it, no 404, not anything else.
Tried flushing the permalinks, it did not help.

http://horoshogromko.ru/2016/07/11/tvorozhnoe-pechenie-s-saharom-i-koricei/ – the recipe is at the bottom.

    WP4.5.3

what could i do to fix it?
    thanx

Could you try enabling “Legacy Mode” on the Recipes > Settings > Recipe Template > Print Version page and see if it works then?

thanx, but i can’t go there. I installed the free version, and with that i can’t really go anywhere or change anything, it just shows the current default settings and offers to upgrade to Premium. For example, i tried removing the social network share buttons, but it still shows them under the recipe.

the recipe looks good though and it is available in Russian for my Russian-speaking readers. I’ll go think about if i want to spend the money.

Also, if i run the post with the recipe through the Yandex search engine Schema.org validator, it shows 1 mistake and says that the date format – dd-month-YYYY, in the “Updated” field is not correct. It should meet the ISO 8601 standard.
I’m new to the whole Schema.org thing, just thought you might want to know.

    Hi again,

If the settings don’t work for you then there is something wrong. There is no limitation on this in the free version (just that some settings don’t make sense, as you don’t have those features available yet).

Are the settings just not saving? When you reload the page, does it go to the defaults or does it show what you changed?

If they are not saving it’s probably a compatibility issue. Try the following:

    1. Disable all other plugins for a second, see if it saves then.
    2. Switch to a default theme (like Twenty Sixteen) and try again

As for the schema.org metadata: we only add the recipe metadata itself. That updated field is probably added by your theme.
