Broken in Woocommerce 2.6.1

    Hello bluesix,

    Please add the shipping method to a shipping zone which contains Australia and it will work without any problems.

    Ahh great – that worked! Thanks.

    Note that clicking “Settings” from the plugin page no longer works.
