Auto Import is not working

    We would like to purchase the snap network edition, so we are doing some tests with our existing blog. We have problems with the auto-import function, don´t got it up and running.
    Following the instructions at http://www.nextscripts.com/snap-features/auto-import-comments-from-facebook-and-twitter/ we could find the dialog SNAP Settings->Other Settings and activate “Comments Import” and we checked “Enable “Comments Import” “.

    Within snap Facebook account settings on second tab we checked “Import Facebook Comments” and “Auto-approve imported comments “, but it doesn´t import anything since weeks.
    Even we could find the button “Import comments from Facebook” to import comments” manually.

    What´s wrong, is there a fault on our end or is this feature removed?

    Second questions is, we are running WP Multisite (WordPress MU) site using Domain mapping with different languages. We want to configure snap, that e.g. the English site just export / import comments to a specific Facebook, Twitter etc. account and the e.g. Spanish site will just export / import comments to another specific Facebook, Twitter etc. Account.
    Is it possible to configure snap using different accounts for each individual subdomain in WP Multisite?

    Last questions depending licence: Am I right, purchasing a licence allow using the plugin on different WP Multisite installations at the same time? So if we purchase one time, we can use it on our 3 WP Multisites?

    1. Feature is working fine and wan’t removed.

    Even we could find the button “Import comments from Facebook” to import comments” manually.

    So does it work if you click that button manually?

    2. All sites in WP Multisite are completely independent. You can set a different set of networks for each site.

    Answer: Our licenses are issued on “Per User” basis. It means you can use one license on all your sites, but you can’t give it to other people. You can use Plugin and API libraries on all your sites/blogs, the only requirement is that all those sites/blogs must be yours. You can’t re-sell or re-distribute the “Pro” Plugin and API libraries or websites with per-installed “Pro” Plugin and API libraries, neither you can’t install plugin and API libraries for your clients. If you would like to install SNAP to your clients, you need to purchase a separate license for each one of them.
