Try switching to the default theme.

I’ve played around more with this – on the original development site as well as in another test site running the same theme – and it appears that the issue may be related to either the cache or the browser auto-fill rather than the actual browser.

If I attempt to resubmit the form using data already entered the page does not redirect but instead adds this anchor on to the form page URL.

    #wpcf7-f15475-p15687-o1

Re-completing the form with new data resulted in a successful redirect, a further attempt from auto-fill immediately afterwards again failed and added the anchor to the existing URL

Is there any way to prevent this and force the redirect ?

Please can you tell me how to prevent the cache reloading the form and adding the anchor #wpcf7-f15475-p15687-o1 to the form page URL instead of redirecting to the page identified in ‘Additional Settings’ – the form redirects when first submitted, and redirects if I clear the cache, but doesn’t redirect if I resubmit without clearing the cache … I have tried in the default theme, and a test version of my current theme – both of which work – so it must be something in my settings, but I have no idea where to look.
    Thank you.

Just to add – I do NOT have super-cache or any other cache plug in installed.
    Please help !
