Problems by editing pictures

Hello,

i get following error messages when i would like to edit pictures from the media section:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/xxx.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/metabox/class-metabox.php on line 800

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/xxx.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/metabox/class-metabox.php on line 805

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/vhosts/xxx.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/metabox/class-metabox.php on line 806

WordPress and Plugin on the newest versions.
Server: Apache 2.4.10 and PHP 7.0.7

After three weeks with no answer, i would investigate our problem.

Any idea for an solution?

Hello,

These are notices and wouldn’t affect your website. You can disable the debugging from wp-config.php file and these notices would go away.

Hello and thanks for your reply.

Ok i understand that i can disable the notices, but for an outstanding person it look´s like the plugin is not coded well, or i am wrong?

Maybe the Yoast Developers could take a look at this problem, so they can solve this error notice for an well coded plugin?

Our developers will investigate the GitHub report, therefore, this thread has been marked as resolved.

Current status:

Totally a core bug, reported on trac https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/37368

Looking into handling better on our side.
