PHP7 Warnings/Notices

Hey there,

Thanks for the plugin! I’ve notice the plugin has been creating some warnings for PHP7 that need to be addressed. You guys are probably aware of them by now, but if not, here are the errors I see.

If I change line 79 of customsidebars.php to a different constructor name the plugin works correctly with no warnings. I know I can turn the error logging off, but I’d rather keep it on for other issues I may have.

I’m on PHP 7.0.7-4, Custom Sidebars 2.1.0.2, and wordpress 4.5.3.
