Content Aware Sidebars appearing lower on the page

    I have been using these sidebars with no issues for a long time, since I upgraded versions of wordpress and Content Aware Sidebars plugin, without making any changes the sidebar it has changed how they are displayed. They are appearing incorrectly on the right hand side of the page and now appearing much lower down.

    I am using a paid theme AccessPress Staple Pro theme.

    Please can you please help me as to how I can debug/fix this?
