I have been unable to locate any emails from a “Jim Hubbard” or voice messages in the past few weeks. The last email from someone with this name to our Support Team (assuming it is the same Jim Hubbard) was May 29, 2016 which we did respond to the same day.
We are still supporting our existing clientele and will continue to do so. However, we are not currently taking on new customers at this time.

Then you need to check your online message forms. I have sent you 2 messages via that in the last 2 days. I have also submitted a request for support for a client who has an account that had not been paid while she tried Boomtown on a recommendation from a mortgage broker but now wants her WordPress site back online. Nobody answers the phone at Diverse Solutions and nobody seems available for chat via your chat box on your site.
While we would hate to see your dsIDXpress solutions go, we’d all really appreciate some straightforward answers from Diverse Solutions regarding dsIDXpress so that we can best help our clients.
Cutting off communications and leaving us in limbo simply means a breaking of the trust that we (designers and developers) had in Diverse Solutions.

My client did hear back from Diverse Solutions. This was their response to reactivating her dormant account…

We are currently not taking on any new orders at this time. This means we can’t sell the dsIDXPress product at this time while we review and reevaluate our products for our customers.
I would suggest you speak with your MLS as they would have a list of IDX vendors that could fit your needs for your WordPress website.

There never was an official press release, which made the 3 to 4 week suspension of their acceptance of new clients all the more a mystery.
On 6/28/2016 I received the following indicating that they were once again accepting new clients.

We have already started integrating iHomefinder into our theme. My client doesn’t really trust Diverse Solutions at this point, but they may change their minds in the future.

Just to reiterate, Diverse Solutions is and has been accepting new customers since the end of June 2016. We had a very short break from selling our products during the month of June 2016 to refocus our energies. Once that process was complete, we resumed sales.

Have you updated anything so that your clients are not left in the dark the next time you decide to suspend acceptance of new clients or other services?
What mechanisms are in place to ease the transition away from Diverse Solutions should you decide to discontinue your IDX services?
Hello Jim,
We definitely understand that our decision to not sell products (for a very short period of time) was confusing to our customers’. However, to be very clear, there are absolutely NO plans to discontinue our products.
Thus, no plan is needed.
