Mailchimp Sync not synching | WordPress.org

Greetings. I am using the free version of Mailchimp for WP along with Mailchimp Sync and WP User Control.

In WP admin MC for WP it shows that there are 7 users in my MC account.

When I click on Sync All the status bar writes to 40% and freezes. None of the 7 users currently in MC are moved into my WP User list.

I have logged in and out of WP admin, rebooted the computer, and it always writes to 40% and stops.

Can anyone assist with this?

Can you please check your browser console after the sync process freezes, to see if there are any JavaScript errors showing? Here’s how to open it in the browser of your choice: https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/8525/how-to-open-the-javascript-console-in-different-browsers

Greetings, Danny. Thank you for responding. I just ran the sync process again and it stalled at 40%. I then opened the Java console and it was empty. Perhaps I don’t know how to run it. I do not know how to attach an image file but I was able to make a Jinx video with two screenshots for you to view. The top one is the stalled mailchimp sync (approximately 5 minutes), and the bottom is the Java Console.
