The button to clear the cache only appears on the dashboard. You really should not need to use it though. This plugin works in the background in the cases listed on the description page.

    I cannot see it either

Plugin Author, would you be so kind enough to take a screen snap and show us ALL exactly where this button suppose to be please !

    wish granted:

Make sure you have the right capabilities. Administrator (manage_options) should be able to see it.

Make sure you have the “Clear Cache for Me” checked in the Screen Options.

Make sure, if you are on Multisite, you are on the site dashboard instead of the network dashboard.

Lastly, make sure you have one of the caching systems active (listed on the Description page).

I meant the button on the dashboard of WORDPRESS itself, where to start on the left side panel

I’m not sure I understand your question. The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in. The name of the link on the left side panel is “Dashboard”. Once you click that link you’ll be taken to the wordpress dashboard and be able to see the Clear Cache for me button in the main section of the screen.
