Add a tab for custom capabilites

Hi from Germany,

Thanks for your fantastic plugin, it makes it ridiculous easy to restrict things in WP. It is in my arsenal of every new WP project.

I came up with an idea: I am currently developing a plugin that makes extensive use of custom cabapilities. Is there any possibility to group all these in a separate tab, let’s say above the “Custom” tab? I am quite sure you added some hook for that 😉

Second, I am currently translating your plugin, would you like to get the members-de_DE.po and members-de_DE.mo for future versions?
