Are you using the latest version of the plugin? There was a known issue with an older version due to a JavaScript conflict with WordPress 4.5, but there shouldn’t be with the latest version. Are you able to check the JavaScript console in your browser to see whether you’re receiving any JavaScript errors? If you’re not sure how to do this then see the directions here.
