In Pro, possible to send automated email reminders 1 AND 4 days before an event?

    Hi,

    I know it is possible to send automated email reminder X days before an event in Pro. Would it be possible to send multiple email reminders, say X days before and Y days before? If it is, under Settings -> Emails -> Event Email Reminders, in the “Days before reminder” field, would I just type in X, Y (for example 1, 4)? Thanks in advance for the response.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the response. So I just thought of a work-around. To run with the example, let’s say I want to send the auto reminder email out 4 days before and 1 day before the event. Because I only have single events that are sequential and don’t overlap each other, if I input “4” days before first, and then 2 or 3 days before I manually change the field to “1” day before, will I be able to achieve my objective? Thank you.

    it’s not possible out the box at the moment. it may be possible with custom coding but unfortunately that’s not something we can help with.
