Error "check user database permisions" (You must allow ALTER TABLE)

    Hello

    When I activated the plugin for first time I get this error:

    Knews cant update. Please, check user database permisions. (You must allow ALTER TABLE). (ver. 0.0.0) Table ‘db.wp_knewsletters’ doesn’t exist sql: ALTER TABLE wp_knewsletters ADD COLUMN html_bodytag mediumtext NOT NULL DEFAULT ”

    How can I solve this?
