issue with w3 total cache and minify

Hi, I have 2 websites that implement the same cache settings (and are on the same server), but your amazing plugin only works with one of the two.

The websites are:
http://www.amicamako.com
http://www.blog.amicamako.com

The only difference between them is one has minify enabled in w3 total cache, and one hasn’t, so my guess is there could be some compatibility issues with w3 total cache minify settings. In the site with minify enabled (www.amicamako.com) images won’t load on mobile if I enable your plugin.

I would really love to use your plugin on both websites and still be able to use minify,

Hello, there,

First of all, let me thank you for your kind words and apologize for my late reply!

Now, it seems that in your main website our plugin is either not active or totally bypassed in some way. We have not had any issues with W3 Total Cache yet. Perhaps you are using a CDN or some other kind of caching layer?

For instance check this image url in your main website https://www.amicamako.com/wp-content/uploads/revslider/newwide/superwide_alt.jpg?debug=true and then this image url in your blog https://www.blog.amicamako.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/tuscany-countryside2-1440×660.jpg?debug=true and you will see that only in the latter one the proper debugging output of our plugin is produced. In the first case our plugin seems to be not active at all!

Hi,

thank you for your help, you are right the plugin was deactivated, I did it because images did not load if I enabled it. But thanks to your link with debug info I found the solution! It was Sucury Security plugin option to restrict wp-content access that prevented your plugin from working. I turned off that option and now it works!

I will have a look at how Sucuri Security plugin meddles with our plugin and see what went wrong there.
