    I had the customer area running on my main domain, but I recently moved it to a subdomain.

    I have 2 paid addons. Enhanced files and conversations
    I re-entered the keys for them on the subdomain installation. The Enhanced files took the key, but the conversations one said:

    “You have reached your maximum number of sites for this license key. You can use it on at most 1 site(s).”

    Can the licence be changed to the subdomain? I have deactivated all of it on the main domain, so the subdomain is the only installation that’s running

    Also, it expires in 11/2017 does that mean I wont be able to use the addons anymore without renewing the license?

    Yes, please send us an email with the purchase number/email address linked to the purchases.

    does that mean I wont be able to use the addons anymore without renewing the license?

    No, the addons will continue to work. However you won’t be able to download updates without renewing the licenses.
