Guest on 127.0.01 deleted aryo-activity-log.2.2.12.zip

I manually installed Activity Log yesterday, and it logged that a Guest from 127.0.0.1 deleted an attachment and a post named “aryo-activity-log.2.2.12.zip”.

The name of the zip for the plugin is “aryo-activity-log.2.2.12.zip”, so I’m not worried, but it is strange that a user, Guest, on 127.0.0.1 would delete it.

What would cause this? Is this some kind of Activity Log automatic update?
