    Hi Team,

When I tried to setting up the Scheduled Interval to Daily on the Latest Post Tab. But when the setting saved the “Updated Schedule Interval” revert back “No”.

Can you please advice what’s wrong on my setting? What I want is to setting up the latest post send it daily, not send it one by one (currently).

    Thanks,

    Thank you for your post.

The “Update Schedule Interval” setting will always revert back to “No” and you’ll only set it to “Yes” and choose a new schedule if you want to modify/update the schedule on the already created latest posts subscription in the Newsletter plugin.

If you leave it on “No”, the schedule is not modified/updated, and remains what it was before. That way you can change other values on the latest posts subscription but leave the schedule as it is.

Let me know if this helps.

    Hi,

I tried to set it “Yes” for the Daily Post update, and as you said it revert back to “No”. But the daily post update did not auto create for the next days. What I am doin is, go to setting again and set it to “Yes” and choose “Daily”

    Any guide for this?

    Thank you for your response.

Yes, the “Update Schedule Interval” setting is just to update the schedule. It is normal for it to go back to “No” when you edit it again to retain the current schedule.

If the latest posts subscription is not queuing emails something else must be wrong.

Can you please click “Run Now” for the latest posts subscription specifically under Newsletters > Configuration > General > Latest Posts Subscriptions and see if it queues then?

If not and the problem persists, can you please submit a ticket to us? http://tribulant.com/support/

I look forward to your response.

    Hi,

I am following your guide after click “Run Now” the email queues. So how to fixed this, to run it automatically so I don’t need to click run now manually?

    Thanks,

    Thank you for your response.

If “Run Now” queues the emails, the functionality works as it should.

If it doesn’t automatically happen, the cron isn’t firing. I believe it might be that the WordPress cron job isn’t running? Do you possibly have DISABLE_WP_CRON in your wp-config.php file or any other reason why the WordPress cron job wouldn’t work?

You right, the Cron not running.

    Thanks

Thank you for confirming that it was the issue with the WordPress cron.
