• Hi,

    I have recently installed Give, but every time I try and make a payment it allows me to log into PayPal but then it says:

    “Your recipient is not able to receive funds at this time. Your recipient must first set up his or her account to receive funds.”

    i have spoken to PayPal and they say that my account is fine at their end and is able to receive funds. What am i doing wrong?

    Hi @herbs101 – I’m assuming you’ve added the appropriate PayPal email address under WP-Admin > Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > PayPal Standard?

    Hi @herbs101 — no, that is ALL that is necessary to integrate with PayPal Standard. I would triple-check to make 100% certain that the email address you have in your Give settings matches the email address for your PayPal account.
