Plugin doesn't find malware in main site directory

    I have malware in my main directory that is not detected by this plugin…it’s almost as if the plugin doesn’t scan that directory at all. I have several sites under public_html and this plugin didn’t catch the malware in any of their main directories. Please advise.

    Do you have WordPress installed in the main public_html directory?

    On the Anti-Malware Settings page in your admin you should be able to select public_html under “What to Scan:”
