  • Hi @wpgeek101!

Sorry to hear you’re having issues here! Would you mind taking a moment to run through our conflict testing steps on your site, just to ensure there are no issues occurring with any third-party plugins or themes? This should help us to narrow down your problem that much quicker!

    Thanks!

Hello @caroline, thx for helping me out.

I did the test but this doesnt seems to be the trick. The link still
isnt clickable with all plugins deactivated. So whats next?

    Howdy Wpgeek!

Thanks for doing that test. On you current theme there is definitely a conflict. I am seeing the following error in the JavaScript console:

tribe-events-ajax-list.min.js?ver=4.1.4:1 Uncaught TypeError: a(...).tribe_spin is not a function

This error is usually the symptom of a theme conflict. When you were in Twenty Sixteen with all plugins disabled did you see the same error? If so, what happens if you setup a new WordPress install on this server and only run the The Events Calendar plugin? Is the error still present? Sorry I know this seems like an extreme debugging step, but if you faithfully followed the conflict test its the only one left. 🙁

    Cheers!
    – Brook
