I recently redesigned my website and used a new plugin for recipes. I had to recreate all of my post under this new plugin and was wondering if there is a way to transfer all the likes and pins from the old post to the new one?

This isn’t an AddToAny plugin issue, but generally you need to have the proper redirects or implement the og:url tag as Facebook recommends:
<meta property="og:url" content="https://example.com/old-url" />
