So just an update. Got abused by these people on social media. posting excerpts from my support emails. And posting my Username. Tried to publicly Humiliate me and called me a liar. so i posted there pathetic support email on social media and got zero apologies. They blame issues on other plugins and conflicts. Waist of time. There recommendations (disable other plug ins.) Says it all.
