• I updated the iThemes security plugin earlier today and now the page rendered via our custom login URL is blank. I viewed the page source and there is nothing within the body tags.

Here’s some of the troubleshooting I did:

    • I deactivated all plugins, reactivated
    • I changed the custom login URL
    • I changed it back
    • Turned off the custom login feature — now we are getting a login form

I would prefer to keep the custom login feature. Thoughts?

  • Hi,

Can you set WP_DEBUG to true and let me know if you see an error on the blank page?

With the feature active does /wp-login.php work?

    Thanks,

I turned wp-debug on, and there are no messages.

I did notice, that I am getting the following error:

Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-config.php on line 104

I typically add that line to wp-config files, but it appears that something else is defining or attempting to define that down to 40MB which is less than what I would have.

I turned off the Hide Backend feature so we could get into the site, and here’s what errors I now get with wp-login (although it does show now)

Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-config.php on line 104

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/mystie/public_html/wp-config.php:104) in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-login.php on line 390
