Any way to select category for pages?

    I am using quite a few static pages on my blog and I would like to have them filed under appropriate categories instead of just having them automatically lumped in under General.
    Is this possible? There doesn’t seem to be a category selection option anywhere, yet on the final page I still get a “Filed under: General” at the bottom (at least with the theme I use).

    Okay, found the answer to that myself just as I wrote this :). I have been using another page layout for my previous pages that doesn’t timestamp etc., but since I wanted date on this one I used the default.
    I will make the changes necessary.
