Videos showing up as empty space

I just noticed that my feed was pulling in only 11 videos instead of 12 and I realized the problem is that there is one video in those top 12 that is showing up empty. A list item is not even being created for the video. Is this something that can be fixed in the next update or is there a workaround or setting to prevent the blank square from displaying?
