Suggestion for $internal vs $external

    I realized that a readmore link in one of my tooltips wasn’t working. It was because I hadn’t changed the type of link to “Internal”. Shouldn’t that be the default? IMO, an external link would be far less common.
    BTW, thank you for your rapid responses to these notes. This is an incredibly useful plugin (particularly for technical or academic blogs). Kudos to all of the developers.
